GitLab still wants to come across as a cool company, but the moment shit hits the fan, they loose it completely. Micro Management, threats and change of policy without warnings. Quite a normal SaaS company at the end, just be aware.

Lots had changed after GitLab went public. Culture is changing with new leadership coming in & hiring all their friends from past company. Sales reps quota attainment is negatively effected by customer churn. Constantly changing sales reps territories & accounts. Very limited BDR and Channel support

Discriminating work environment in EMEA promoted by middle management (mostly white French men), who are friends from previous roles allowing corruption and favouritism. No outlook of growth for diversity, they will only hire/promote their friends. GitLab has lost its culture and talents.
