Gartner is an excellent place to work. If you put in the hours and as your content knowledge goes up, so does your performance. Leaders are there to help and the enablement materials are plentiful. Work life balance is fantastic .

Gartner is great overall but be certain what is being asked of you in your role. Most roles will include a 'book' of accounts and a few prospect accounts. If you inherit a risky book, it can be difficult to make your plan. New account wins are rare.

My experience was good until I got made redundant because they split the territories too thin. Great training, good comp and benefits, paid on renewal and growth as an AE. Slow to promote. If you get a shit territory you’ll leave before a new opportunity comes up to move, or you’ll be overlooked due to poor performance (even though it’s out of your control). Selling...Read More
