only around 30-40% are hitting quota. People are leaving left and right or getting laid off for production issues. The service is more of a luxury and not necessarily needed at this time. Especially since it is a very expensive service to have. I would advise to proceed with caution.

Churn and burn culture in MSE. Toxic leaders who discourage mobility. Get into LE or go elsewhere if you want good pay.
