Poor- very little autonomy for successful reps to leverage their unique expertise. Their playbook is regimented and often against market-buyer dynamics. Things have gone downhill due to intense focus on metrics and micromanagement.

Good company, decent product, a lot of smart people. Problem is it’s impossible to quantify, stars must align for big deals to go through and the compensation for closing deals is severely lacking. You will spend more time servicing existing accounts/license holders than selling to new ones. Gartner also is a big micro management shop.
