Overall experience is ok. Teams are often getting re-orged and all managers are not same. Some can become very micro managerial.

Amazing culture! Very supportive in helping you succeed. Doesn't have the higher upside for commission that some other IT vendors have, but has more consistency in compensation and very fair quotas which been more valuable in the long run.
