Overall experience has been positive although leaders are expected to function in a pretty specific way and business results aren’t always rewarded. No opportunity to increase earning potential based on team performance outside of a annual bonus which business results are only 40% of the consideration.

Excellent company to work for, but if you start and work your way up expect not to see commensurate bumps to salary.
