Superb culture and incentive structure. Earn 2.5 times of my ctc on an average every year. But i am an extreme outlier. On an average 25-30% get to Winners Circle.

Good work/life balance, compensation has very limited upside, success is directly tied to account patch engagement/sentiment (paid on renewals). Selling research challenging due to lack of hard ROI and certainly a 'nice to have'

The individuals that work here are great, however leadership and HR are toxic and protect each other. Additionally, they consistently underpay anyone that is an internal promotion, best way to be paid fairly here is to leave and come back in a few years as an external hire.

Overall experience was average. Gartner is heavily territory dependent no matter what anyone says. Very bro like culture. Look at the type of people they hire as biz dev reps.
