Last year was a rough year qhere they got quotas wrong. Way to high for some markets. This year looking better. Culture is very big corporate and stale however. VPs do a good job driving team culture. L and d is amazing.

Success is dependent on where you are placed and you don’t get a preference. Practice (supply chain vs. tech), support of your manager/BD/AE, and territory can widely differ peoples experiences.
