Former Employee3.3Mar 4, 2024 Overall my time with Gainsight was extremely positive. The worked hard at the culture of the business, and employee happiness. My time there was great, though the comp was a bit low comparatively, and the comp structure was ridiculously over engineered and complex. All that said, it really came down to one working for one person that ruined the experience for me.
