The people and culture are amazing. Long term, I do see G2 as being the place to go for software, but right now, especially in SMB it's a difficult period. G2 is very much viewed as a nice to have by software vendors.

Lots of positives like brand awareness, lots of negatives (bad pay, unattainable quotas, poor product-market-fit, lackluster road map)!
