Working in a startup division, great coworkers but weaker offering than the company’s flagship one, where not hitting quota has become the status quo.

2 rounds of layoffs in the last 6 months and both with no warning. I was part of the second rounds after finishing the year at 100%. The people are what make the job worth it but the product has issues. It is difficult to prove out ROI on their higher tiered packages which makes renewal tough.
