Back to ReviewsFormer Employee 2 rounds of layoffs in the last 6 months and both with no warning. I was part of the second rounds after finishing the year at 100%. The people are what make the job worth it but the product has issues. It is difficult to prove out ROI on their higher tiered packages which makes renewal tough. A new CFO came in and gutted most of the CS team and made the sellers Account Managers instead. Salary lacks against industry averages and they promised better pay transparency for almost a year with nothing to show for it when I left. Browse Other Reviews
