Current Employee Positive: good product market fit
Cons:
Leadership has gone vastly downhill, doesnt hear feedback.
Workload / account load is now absurd and always growing.
Huge structural to rev org after the end of each year, leaving you at a question if you'll be keeping your job or not, regardless of performance.
Huge bottlenecks in internal processes, making it hard to sell and do your job.
Overall, do not recommend, anymore unfortunately.
