Expect to generate 100% of your own pipeline. Hitting quota is a game of chance at this point. Lots of issues - too many to list here. Leadership has steered the ship in the wrong direction, tried to course correct, still off course in 2024.

Company is moving from a startup to a scale up/ enterprise . They have hired a lot of management from big companies such as Salesforce , SAP etc most of whom don’t understand the DNA or fabric of the company what got us to here and make changes for the sake of it without logic disturbing the culture and has set us back
