The compensation is not as per industry standards. But the overall environment is great to learn and get accustomed to the SaaS industry. The product market fit is on point and a seasoned AE will definitely shine. But there is internal favouritism especially in the India office which affects employee morale significantly.

Solid hyper-growth company. A lot of organizational shifts especially in sales has led to top talent that has been at the company quite a while to leave. Scaling from mid market focus to enterprise.
