Serious dumpster fire with major product market fit issues for 2025. All in on AI nobody wants or is using with unproven implementations. Many competitors are cheaper and offer better features support and ease of use; market is very saturated and many compete and win on price. Fourth is getting totally eclipsed and things are bleak. AEs can pretty much only do upsell/cross-sell into existing accounts there is genuinely very little demand outbound. Many reps attain less than 20% quota for the year. Leadership is horribly apathetic to systemic problems and patronizing on performance. More accounts churning out than coming in. Avoid this sinking ship.

Sad experience. Leadership wasn't very supportive. CEO and CRO are both bad at holding their directs accountable for results. CEO is your typical Bain consultant - without any sense of how to run a tech company.

Fourth is a great place to work and the people are great. As of lately things have not been going so well with the strategy and competency of product. A lot of smart people but not a lot of firm direction from the top which leads to disorganization and frustration among teams.
