Fourth is a great place to work and the people are great. As of lately things have not been going so well with the strategy and competency of product. A lot of smart people but not a lot of firm direction from the top which leads to disorganization and frustration among teams. They increase attention to implementation and support teams to help with retaining loyal customers.

Very Siloed fragmented organization with limited MQL's Enterprise AE's are expected to perform like a BDR, significant turn-over and lengthy rough implementations post sale

Terrible experience as the Leadership was fragmented in all departments. Team morale was down because everyone fails to hit quota month in and month out.
