Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee While the people are good and caring, the company has not adjusted for the times and changing ICP. They are moving from focusing on restaurants to try to fit the retail space. That being said, no work has been done to accommodate that change. Upper management is using Account Executives as BDRs, because the churn for BDRs is terrible. Inbound leads are nonexistent for retail. The tech stack is paltry (ZoomInfo was cancelled, using SalesNavigator, but no intent platforms); basically a smile-and-dial operation with no structure or vision. Browse Other Reviews
