Not many are hitting quota. The product is good and the company is trending in the right direction, but the results aren't translating as of now.

While the people are good and caring, the company has not adjusted for the times and changing ICP. They are moving from focusing on restaurants to try to fit the retail space. That being said, no work has been done to accommodate that change. Upper management is using Account Executives as BDRs, because the churn for BDRs is terrible.
