How does Fourth structure the onboarding and training process for new sales team members? Did you feel adequately equipped for your role?

This might have been one of the few areas Fourth excelled. Highly structured training for each product, with mock presentations for each product as you move through the product suite. However, the Sales Enablement team is much like the rest of the organization: they don't know how products tie together. During training, you're presented with this vision of a seamless product suite, where everything is integrated and tied together. That's simply false. So come time when you begin cold calling and setting up meetings, your actual product knowledge is woefully inadequate. It's not a fault of the onboarding team, but a fault of the C-Suite, for pitching a vision that does not exist (and can not, in many cases.) The Sales Enablement team might actually be the most competent and caring team in the company on the whole - they have my endless respect.

The Sales Enablement did a great job at presenting the tech stack but the way it is presented is not actually how it works in live action. Nothing seamlessly integrates, C-suite is very disconnected from the entire sales process/product.

There was not a lot of focus on the technicals of the products during onboarding. Sales processes were covered relatively well, still feel like there are some areas where most of the sales team is unsure how the product actually works / integrates with other systems.
