Over my 2 years at Fortinet, there has been a steady decline. Constant holding patterns, bonuses no longer existent, leadership seeming like they have no grasp on the business, and no room for growth. On the positive side, the product is absolutely fantastic. The culture of the actual employees is unmatched. Everyone is willing to help where possible. I hope that there will be an upturn down the road.
