Current Employee1.9Mar 1, 2024Started off really well, but as time went on the org started making significant changes, such as cutting employees, strict wfh policy, 4x office days, micromanaging, changing commission structure, raising quotas, etc.

Leadership is trying to focus on higher end enterprise (rightfully so) but their execution has been pretty bad. Territories not managed well.
