I have been at this company for over 4 years, prior to that I was a customer. I love the product but the direction of the company is falling since I've been here. Leadership is trying to focus on higher end enterprise (rightfully so) but their execution has been pretty bad. Territories not managed well. Our comp plan took a massive turn for this worse this year. The culture has traditionally been pretty chill, you are allowed to get out and sell how it works for you. With the economy changing they have been way more micro in certain areas that don't really make sense.

My overall experience has exceeded my expectations. The culture and leadership are committed to high respect of employees and preserving employee dignity. Given how rare this is in tech, Fortinet is unique.

Fortinet has been going through a lot of changes internally that has made it quite unpleasant to work at. Leadership continuously changes role requirements and promotions are more politcal than performance based.
