Not much time at the company to have a full vision, but the training and enablement team its very good, also the vision and ambition to increase revenue and be a leader are very good

Initial experience was good and was sold on a the company culture. The people are great but the system is broken as the BDR department is are not aligned with Sales Team. This is most likely due to the fact BDR's are under marketing and not under the sales department. Unlimited PTO is not as advertised. For a while it was but now it's Flexible PTO based on tenure....Read More

Fortinet's product is one of if not the best on the market yet they continue to struggle because of poor leadership in the Marketing and Sales organizations.
