Leadership is trash, base pay sucks, no upward mobility for over 1.5 years within the org. They have a problem retaining great talent. The Products are fantastic though.

My overall experience was above average. The compensation structure and potential are very good. However, they lack good management skills and foster a climate of fear towards upper management.

The numbers used to be attainable. The company as a whole is growing between 30-40% each year so they expect that of reps and they've added headcount in territories that may not warrant extra headcount so it's difficult to hit numbers.
