Good products for customers still focused on on-prem environments. No real cloud strategy. Company’s focus is on hardware. Switches, routers, firewalls, and chips.

Started off really well, but as time went on the org started making significant changes, such as cutting employees, strict wfh policy, 4x office days, micromanaging, changing commission structure, raising quotas, etc.

It was great when I was a commercial rep. I got an unasked for promotion to mid enterprise, lost most of my paying customers, and haven’t sold much since.
