My overall experience was above average. The compensation structure and potential are very good. However, they lack good management skills and foster a climate of fear towards upper management.

I think there is a balance of pros and cons. It is leaning towards negative due to the high quotas from last year. Also, the company does not seem to want to invest in sales enablement in ways that make selling easier for the reps.

Initial experience was good and was sold on a the company culture. The people are great but the system is broken as the BDR department is are not aligned with Sales Team. This is most likely due to the fact BDR's are under marketing and not under the sales department. Unlimited PTO is not as advertised.
