New executives came in and created changes in Q3 2023. They laid off almost all BDRs and marketing teams supporting SMB sales, significantly reducing inbound leads. In addition, quotas rose significantly without much justification. Only 30/155 SMB reps hit quota in Q4 2023. The majority of sales reps are financially struggling, feel discouraged, and are unmotivated. Don't expect to have the same account list each quarter. My territory and accounts have changed in 4 of 5 quarters. The sales managers are fantastic. However, they do not have much power since decisions are being made at the executive level.

Initial experience was good and was sold on a the company culture. The people are great but the system is broken as the BDR department is are not aligned with Sales Team. This is most likely due to the fact BDR's are under marketing and not under the sales department. Unlimited PTO is not as advertised. For a while it was but now it's Flexible PTO based on tenure....Read More
