Fortinet has seen better days. CEO is way to involved in minor details that he doesn’t have insight in. Very much a “boys club” kind of culture. Territories are split up much, leaving new reps or reps who don’t have connections with management, with very bad territories.

great company and great solutions. broad portfolio and in house engineering focus. Company culture is great overall but ultimately is dependent on manager and their style. Good at promoting internally but compensation will not be as high as external hire

Solid. I had the benefit of working with great managers, but the continued splitting of territories, over hiring of sales people, and T2 quota implementations are a driving force to look elsewhere.
