I think there is a balance of pros and cons. It is leaning towards negative due to the high quotas from last year. Also, the company does not seem to want to invest in sales enablement in ways that make selling easier for the reps.

Changed payplan recently. High targets and they’re now paying salespeople less for doing even more work. No sales culture at all, all focussed on engineering. General sentiment across the board is that AE’s are seen as replaceable and unimportant, this must change to retain good talent.
