The culture isn’t great the executive suite doesn’t seem to respect or closely engage with sales and morale seems pretty low across the board. Fortinet has seen better days. CEO is way to involved in minor details that he doesn’t have insight in. Very much a “boys club” kind of culture. Territories are split up much, leaving new reps or reps who don’t have connections with management, with very bad territories.
