Culture and leadership has gone downhill in the last year and half. Lots of churn on the sales teams, roughly 30% left last year due to comp plan changes and large quotas.

Fortinet is a good place to work but they are in a very competitive space and in larger customers are viewed as the little brothers..

Overall the company appears to be taking a downturn. Leadership has been struggling to find consistency job function. Job retention has not been good. Compensation is has also been continuously changing. It’s unfortunate because Fortinet is a great company but it appears it’s becoming Unsure of the future and the security of their employers.
