Overall the company appears to be taking a downturn. Leadership has been struggling to find consistency job function. Job retention has not been good. Compensation is has also been continuously changing. It’s unfortunate because Fortinet is a great company but it appears it’s becoming Unsure of the future and the security of their employers.

My overall experience was good, but the culture has some poor politics in the leadership ranks that keep them from being great.

Phenomenal solutions to sell and the teams have some great people on them as well. Leadership needs to think about their people more and start listening to them if they want to positively influence the culture. There are a lot of changes that will need to take place before this role stops turning over as frequently.
