They lack structure in their official training program so learning all of the ins and outs of company processes and products means you will need to reach out to peers and your manager. It seems that upward mobility to the field in the SLED space is limited and infrequent. The product is very strong so sales cycles can move quickly and there are a lot of opportunities to replace competitors and expand the existing footprint with the 50+ services/products Fortinet offers.

would definitely work again at Fortinet. the culture was awesome, my manager was the best and it was overall a good experience.
