The company as a whole is growing between 30-40% each year so they expect that of reps and they've added headcount in territories that may not warrant extra headcount so it's difficult to hit numbers. The people are great but the system is broken as the BDR department is are not aligned with Sales Team. This is most likely due to the fact BDR's are under marketing and not under the sales department. Unlimited PTO is not as advertised. For a while it was but now it's Flexible PTO based on tenure....Read More
