Great opportunity in a red hot space, clouded and squandered by private equity takeover. Great place to work. Lovely colleagues who truly cared about the business and their customers. Poor. Internal processes are a nightmare. Renewals business is put on a pedestal whilst New Business is poorly incentivised. Extreme lack of product development. People leaving in swarms. Hire and Fire culture. Company is seriously on its way out.
