Poor. Internal processes are a nightmare. Renewals business is put on a pedestal whilst New Business is poorly incentivised. Extreme lack of product development. People leaving in swarms. Hire and Fire culture. Company is seriously on its way out.

it was ok until I was laid off. I think the company lacks direction at the highest levels. The best thing they can do is find a way to get away from the VC that owns them.

Great opportunity in a red hot space, clouded and squandered by private equity takeover. Great place to work. Lovely colleagues who truly cared about the business and their customers.
