Former Employee Overall FloQast is a good company. There is a “Labor Union” feel to the company where those that have been around the longest are typically viewed as right. This is particularly prevalent in the BDR, partnerships, and sales leaderships roles. Be very careful if you choose to go into one of these roles as there is very little room for change.
The compensation structure is quite good with multipliers when you hit quota, but the deal sizes are very small, even in the enterprise level.
The product is not fully ready to sell to very large organizations, and they commonly roll out products that are not ready for sales.
The organization is going through heavy changes right now so consider waiting a bit before joining if they are reaching out to you right now (Feb 2025). Until the “old guard” is removed by actual people who know how to run a large organization, I would be careful joining the sales team. If you have a choice, join the team that sells to SMB as they are the perfect market fit.
