How does ramp work at FloQast? Is there any ramp pay or do you only make your base until you close your first deal?

Thinking about applying but curious to hear how many of the AM actually hit quota? It looks like more AE's hit quota than AM's based on Repvue reviews? It also looks like there are different levels for AM's. Which group has a higher chance of hitting quota? I see an Enterprise AM role is open.
