The company has undergone significant changes over the years, and unfortunately, the shift in culture has been quite dramatic. Our core values, once the backbone of our success, seem to have eroded. There used to be a strong emphasis on the team winning together and celebrating collective success—something that’s increasingly absent today. Additionally, while the company is making large investments in new markets, it seems to be neglecting its core business. This strategy could leave us vulnerable to competition as our foundation weakens. If we don’t refocus on what made us successful in the first place, we may find ourselves losing ground to others who are more committed to what we once prioritized.

Avoid Flexera as a sales professional, senior management have no clue how to generate pipeline, marketing are a joke. The only tactic is to shout louder at the reps, then fire them, hire new ones abd repeat!!

Awful company, no strategy or vision for the product other than "lets throw everything at the wall and see what sticks". 99% of the time will be beat by ServiceNow in a competitive situation. Lots of pay inequity among the reps, and no one hits quota. 50K deals take 9-18 months to close.
