Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was positive. The lay for CSMs was on the upper end. They offer merit adjustments each year, based upon performance reviews. Goal attainment was difficult based upon which account portfolio you got. The legacy products were market leaders. The recent acquired products faltered and were always a threat not be renewed. The senior leadership team changed several times during my tenure and the commitment and mission of Customer Success was also lost. Browse Other Reviews
