The technology drives savings in every account and the company strives to have the best SAM offering in the space. The comp plan was the best of my career when I was a Major Account Manager and the CEO has been great about rewarding and recognizing top performing sellers.

Current Employee1.9Oct 30, 2024Awful company, no strategy or vision for the product other than "lets throw everything at the wall and see what sticks". 99% of the time will be beat by ServiceNow in a competitive situation. Lots of pay inequity among the reps, and no one hits quota. 50K deals take 9-18 months to close.

Innovation is there and people are supportive of each other. Great group of people. Negatives are that customers never hear "no" or "out of scope" leading to constant back and forth. Additionally, support can a bit of a struggle.
