Goal attainment was difficult based upon which account portfolio you got. The legacy products were market leaders. The recent acquired products faltered and were always a threat not be renewed. The technology drives savings in every account and the company strives to have the best SAM offering in the space. The comp plan was the best of my career when I was a Major Account Manager and the CEO has been great about rewarding and recognizing top performing sellers.
