Love Fivetran, think pay is lagging comparative to what I've seen in market. I've been a part of the company for nearly 5 years, came in pre Series-B, the product is unreal. Leadership has historically been great, last ~1.5 years have been tough but new CRO is very sharp and knows how to build a winning team.

Overall my time at Fivetran was enjoyable. A lot of great individuals worked there and first level management was generally great. However, C-suite and board leadership was questionable and resulted in a lot of turmoil

It was solid pre Layoffs/ RIF. Will be interesting to see how they change and move as the warehouse build more and more pipelines
