Fivetran came late to the enterprise game and made a few fumbles along the way. There is potential opportunity but generally all the money comes on the second or third transaction so the Enterprise new business team is significantly struggling. Our new CRO and upper leadership is great but some of the frontline managers could take global championships for micro-management. The culture is amazing but this isn’t a good place to make money in new business sales for enterprise yet.

The Fivetran solution is best in class, addressing an underserved market with huge potential. Unfortunately offset by a dysfunctional GTM leadership team driven by oversized egos with very little experience. Only way out of this is to clear the decks and start over with humble servants focused on customer outcomes and building team morale.
