Great product and customer base. Leadership can’t make up its mind on pricing strategy which confuses everyone. Inexperienced AE’s have been promoted after one good year in seat while more senior, qualified AE’s are overlooked. They finally have more experience at the top but hoping to see continued change there. Way underpay reps against the market.

I really enjoyed my time in Fivetran. I was an early hire in EMEA and at that point, things were fantastic. After having some rocky quarters as a business, new executive teams have cleaned up first line management in EMEA and from what I’ve heard it’s a really good place to work again.
