Former Employee2.1Aug 22, 2024I cannot recommend Five9 as a good place to work. there is no work life balance for CSM's or Account Managers. The culture is a popularity contest and leadership asks for feedback but if it is not positive they state it's just an attitude problem. Benefits are stuck in 2008 as is most of the product.
