Lead flow has gone down significantly over the last couple years. There is no room for advancement opportunities due to the high levels of nepotism and cronyism. The CEO and president are brothers , new EVP of sales 32 years old is the godson. EVP of sales best friend is a VP of sales. Multiple family members working together at lower levels as well. Pretty strange for a publicly traded company. Questionable acquisitions as of late. This company is definitely on the down.
