I cannot recommend Five9 as a good place to work. there is no work life balance for CSM's or Account Managers. The culture is a popularity contest and leadership asks for feedback but if it is not positive they state it's just an attitude problem. Benefits are stuck in 2008 as is most of the product.

My experience as a sales individual was the worst I’ve experienced in my career. Surrounded by all white leaders that are aggressively discriminatory and handled any challenge with retaliation. Sales representatives are managed by bully tactics which creates an environment of defensive behavior. HR department, a department to protect employees, is no different here....Read More
