Surrounded by all white leaders that are aggressively discriminatory and handled any challenge with retaliation. Sales representatives are managed by bully tactics which creates an environment of defensive behavior. HR department, a department to protect employees, is no different here. Women and people of ethnic backgrounds are at a severe disadvantage working for this organization.
