Inside sales at Marietta Terrell mill office - lowest morale ever, new SVP caused a culture of fear and intimidation and there is no opportunity for growth or advancement. Show up do your job and leave and hope you didn’t do something wrong or else you’ll get a ticket. No positive recognition of hitting sales targets and they threaten to take away work from home on Friday if you don’t get 27 approved accounts in the month prior but there’s no recognition of anything, just that you get to work at home Friday.

My overall experience was a positive one. Although I’m no longer w/ the company, I value my time there. The training puts you in place to win, however the changes within the Clover sales team can cause a little confusion. All in all, you’re set up for success with Fiserv if you go after is.
