Current Employee When I started the company was awesome. We have had leaders come and go and that has caused it to go downhill. They don't "change the comp plan" they just change the hoops that you need to jump through which results in losing tens of thousands in comp in what seems like an annual event.
The CEO, Frank B, was more interested in "locker room chats" with Deion Sanders and Michael Phelps that his culture or people. He is a staunch return to office guy too. The go to market product, Clover is just ok. Square, Lightspeed, and Shopify have always been better options for small business. This is mostly due to the product team NEVER listening to the reps in the field or the customer when they ask for products or features to make things better or even on par with the competition. Base salary is $40K. So many better options out there. Stay too long and make too much money and you will never be able to leave. Browse Other Reviews
